FAQ App may face the question from your customer where it will not know the answer. In such cases, Chatbot shall request contact details such as Name, E-Mail, and Phone number.
  • Chatbot-Live Chat: If Agents are available, Customer with details shall be handed over to Agents
  • Chatbot-CRM: For enabled integration, Chatbot will create a lead with Customer information, then create ticket along with an open question for this lead. The entire conversation with this specific customer shall be logged & ticket shall be marked 'Open’.
  • E-mail: If you prefer getting e-mail, then Chatbot will send the entire transcript to you along with customer contact details.
