The following departments are created by default for every account
Manage department by going through Settings → Conversation Configuration → Departments (under Live Chat Software)
We can add new department and manage existing departments. If you create a new department the same is available under Bot Studio -> Conversation (Add and Edit) under “Purpose of Conversation”.
