All chats that are handover from chat bot for agents assistance can be easily viewed under “Pending Chats” under AmplifyReach Live Chat Software.
All the chats which are handover to the agents by chat bot are visible under pending chats. When agent clicks on a pending chat, the chat is automatically accepted and assigned to that agent. The agent has access to the chat history and can directly communicate with the customer using the agent chat window.
